Tips: Adding and Managing Content

Register & Log In

While some of our databases allow any registered user to create an entry, most only allow users who have received prior authorization to create and edit content. This can create a delay of a day or two, but we consider it important to the integrity of the virtual center, especially during our initial launch.  In a future release, we hope to speed this step up. Fortunately, it is a one-time process. To get authorization … [add instructions and links].

Create

Once you submit a new listing, it will be added immediately to our directory. However, depending on the database, there may be a delay while we review and approve it.  Please bear in mind that we are largely a volunteer organization.

Edit

To update a listing, you must log in with the same ID you used to create the listing. If you open a listing that you created, you will see an edit link.  Click and make your changes.  Please note that some forms have to be re-approved after editing before they show up again in the public listing.

Transfer

Only one user can “own” a listing. If you want to transfer control of a listing from one person to another, open the listing and click the Customer Service / Feedback button.  One of the options is to request a change in ownership of the listing.  Fill it out and submit it.  Allow 1-3 days for us to make the change (we currently remain an all-volunteer organization).

Holistic Perspectives P.O. Box 333, Enka, NC 2872  Phone: (828) 333-0103  | [email protected] or  www.HolisticPerspectives.com For many years now I have been mentoring men and women from all walks of life. It continues to be my greatest joy to accompany someone from “just being ok” into thriving! As a Mentor & Healer I partner with my clients in creating authenticity, wellness and deep contentment, in whatever area of their lives they are seeking change. The combination of giving very practical, livable tools for direct “next steps” while “holding the big picture” and then manifesting that big picture often feels like this: a new client brings me their life or life situation in a jigsaw puzzle box, they lost the lid and forgot what the picture on it looked like. I am good at knowing that picture and then guiding my clients/mentees to put all the puzzle pieces together.
