Welcome 2021 Exhibitors and Vendors!

September 25, 2021

11:00 am – 7:00 pm @ Pack Square Park

You make the magic happen. For a day, you all share a space, bringing people your love, your merchandise and services, and your ideas and opportunities.  Thank you!

This year, we cannot finalize plans for the festival layout and safety protocols until mid-July.  Our goal is to produce an open, ungated festival, much as we have in the past.  But safety will come first.

If you want to reserve a spot at this year’s festival, please post a deposit ($50 to $100) using the buttons above.  Your deposit is fully refundable through July 31, 2021. We will announce our planned layout and protocols the week of July 16.

NOTE: 2021 Resources will not be available until we finalize layout and protocols for addressing COVID safety issues.  We offer our most recent materials as an indication of the event we seek to produce.

Permits / Insurance

Most food vendors & equipment operators must provide additional documents to City and County. [due 16 days prior to festival] They will not allow you to operate without these. We suggest you complete these well before deadline.

Vendor FAQs

Key Changes From 2019

  • We lowered prices for non-profits.
  • We are reducing the number of spaces in a couple of areas that experienced crowding last year (notably, along College Avenue).  We had filled them to make the space busy and to increase traffic.  We went a little too far.
  • We are elevating the main stage speakers.  This will send sound above the audience instead of into it.
  • We are moving all port-a-johns far from food service areas and adding more space along College Avenue for food trucks.  This worked well in 2018.
  • We will be towing anyone who parks illegally – even for 3 minutes.  The Fire Department wasn’t happy last year.  Some vendors couldn’t set up.

How We Evaluate Applications

  • We generally operate on a first-pay, first-serve basis.
  • We try to give preference to local organizations.  This includes national organizations that hire and operate locally.
  • We limit the number of vendors in a specific category (e.g., arts & crafts; massage services).  This is both to support vendors and to ensure variety at the festival.
  • We try to place people where they would like to be.  However, we make all location decisions.  We do so 3 weeks before the festival.

Holistic Perspectives P.O. Box 333, Enka, NC 2872  Phone: (828) 333-0103  | [email protected] or  www.HolisticPerspectives.com For many years now I have been mentoring men and women from all walks of life. It continues to be my greatest joy to accompany someone from “just being ok” into thriving! As a Mentor & Healer I partner with my clients in creating authenticity, wellness and deep contentment, in whatever area of their lives they are seeking change. The combination of giving very practical, livable tools for direct “next steps” while “holding the big picture” and then manifesting that big picture often feels like this: a new client brings me their life or life situation in a jigsaw puzzle box, they lost the lid and forgot what the picture on it looked like. I am good at knowing that picture and then guiding my clients/mentees to put all the puzzle pieces together.
