You make the magic happen. For a day, you all share a space, bringing people your love, your merchandise and services, and your ideas and opportunities. Thank you!
This year, we cannot finalize plans for the festival layout and safety protocols until mid-July. Our goal is to produce an open, ungated festival, much as we have in the past. But safety will come first.
If you want to reserve a spot at this year’s festival, please post a deposit ($50 to $100) using the buttons above. Your deposit is fully refundable through July 31, 2021. We will announce our planned layout and protocols the week of July 16.
NOTE: 2021 Resources will not be available until we finalize layout and protocols for addressing COVID safety issues. We offer our most recent materials as an indication of the event we seek to produce.
Permits / Insurance
Most food vendors & equipment operators must provide additional documents to City and County. [due 16 days prior to festival] They will not allow you to operate without these. We suggest you complete these well before deadline.
